CobraEye Terms of Service
Effective date: August 14, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of CobraEye, operated by GuyCo LLC (“CobraEye,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance and authorized use
By requesting, receiving, or using CobraEye access, you agree to these Terms and the CobraEye Privacy Policy. CobraEye is intended for individually approved users acting within an authorized operational, safety, maintenance, aviation, government, contractor, or support role. Your account and authentication credential are personal to you. Do not share them or allow another person to use them.
Advisory and Communications
2. Advisory decision support
CobraEye aggregates aviation, weather, communications, flight-plan, and aircraft-position information to support awareness. CobraEye does not issue flight releases, ATC clearances, or official decisions. Users remain responsible for confirming authoritative information via official channels.
3. Information handling
Do not transmit or store classified information in CobraEye. SMS/MMS is not encrypted.
4. Account administration
Access may be suspended or revoked at CobraEye’s discretion. Approval does not establish employment or flight-release authority.
Procedures and Service Limitations
5. Operational communications
CobraEye communications are advisory tools and do not replace command-and-control procedures. Communications may be retained for audit and security.
6. CobraEye SMS/MMS program
Opt in by texting START to +1 (402) 858-0521. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates apply.
7. Data availability
Data feeds may be delayed or inaccurate. CobraEye makes no guarantee of feature availability.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
9. Liability
CobraEye is provided on an “as is” basis. GuyCo LLC is not liable for incidental damages.
